The Creative Arts Ministry of the Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño de Cebu is mainly composed of young individuals who have the heart to serve the society. The ministry serves as an avenue for the youth to extend one's helping hand to reach out society through cultivating various talents, initiating community and social works, and at the same time evangelizing Christianity.
